This Product Disclaimer explains reasonable variations and limitations associated with textile and apparel products sold by House of Prianjali. It supplements, and does not reduce, the customer’s rights under applicable law.
1. Product information
We aim to describe each product accurately, including its fabric, colour, silhouette, size, care instructions, lining and included pieces. Customers should read the complete product page and size guide before ordering. Where information on a product page conflicts with a general statement in this disclaimer, the more specific product-page information applies unless it is an obvious error.
2. Colour and screen differences
A product’s colour may appear different because of studio lighting, photography, editing, screen calibration, display settings and surrounding light. A minor screen-to-product colour difference is not necessarily a defect. A substantial difference from the product description or representation will be assessed under the Return, Exchange and Refund Policy and applicable law.
3. Textile craft and production variations
Natural fibres, handwork, embroidery, printing, dyeing, weaving and small-batch production may result in slight variations in motif placement, texture, weave, thread, colour, finish or dimensions. These characteristics may be part of the manufacturing or craft process rather than defects. The product page should identify relevant handmade or natural variations.
4. Sizing and fit
Size labels and fit may vary between designs. Please refer to the size chart and product-specific fit notes before ordering. Fit can also be affected by body proportions and personal preference. 5. Fabric behaviour and care
Fabric may soften, relax, crease, shrink or release colour depending on fibre, dye, wash method, water temperature, detergent, drying and ironing. Customers should follow the care label and product-page instructions. Washing, altering, ironing or treating a product contrary to those instructions may affect return eligibility, except where the customer retains a non-excludable legal remedy.
6. What is included
Photographs may show jewellery, footwear, bags, props, belts, inner layers or separately sold garments for styling. Only the pieces expressly listed under What’s Included or the equivalent product-page section form part of the purchase.
7. Product images and models
Model photographs are illustrative of styling and approximate fit. Appearance will vary with height, proportions and selected size. House of Prianjali will disclose where an image has been digitally generated or materially enhanced. Any digital enhancement must not intentionally or materially misrepresent the product offered for sale.
8. Availability pricing and errors
Availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. If a product, price, tax, discount or description contains a material error, we may contact the customer for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue the applicable refund. We will not replace an ordered item with another product without consent.
9. No waiver of consumer rights
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for defective, unsafe, counterfeit, incorrect or materially misdescribed products or misleading representations.
