Suggested website path /terms-and-conditions/

2 Eligibility
A person placing an order confirms that the person is at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract, or is acting through a parent or lawful guardian. The person also confirms that the information supplied is accurate and that the purchase is lawful.
3 Website use and accounts
Customers may be permitted to shop as guests or create accounts. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for activity reasonably attributable to their accounts. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use. We may require verification or restrict an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
4 Products and descriptions
We aim to present accurate product names, fabrics, colours, sizes, care instructions, included pieces, availability and photographs. Reasonable textile, screen, craft and measurement variations are explained in the Product Disclaimer. Nothing permits a material misdescription or removes a statutory consumer remedy.
5 Prices taxes and charges
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Whether displayed prices include all applicable GST is [COMPLETE BEFORE PUBLISHING]. Shipping, COD and other charges, if any, will be disclosed before the order is confirmed. We may change prices prospectively. A price already paid will not be increased after acceptance except with the customer’s express agreement or to correct an obvious error before fulfilment.
6 Placing and accepting orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. An order is accepted when House of Prianjali sends a confirmation of acceptance or dispatches the product, whichever occurs first. We may verify information, apply purchase limits or decline an order for a legitimate reason. If we decline a prepaid order, we will initiate the applicable refund.
7 Payments
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include methods processed by Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider. The provider’s terms and privacy practices may also apply to payment processing. House of Prianjali does not ask customers to share an OTP, PIN, CVV or payment password.
An order may remain unconfirmed if payment is declined, reversed, flagged or not received. Cash on Delivery, if offered, is subject to location, order-value and verification limits disclosed at checkout.
8 Promotions vouchers and loyalty benefits
A promotion, coupon, gift card or loyalty benefit is governed by the terms displayed with it, including validity, eligible products, minimum spend and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may correct misuse, fraud or an obvious promotional error while respecting completed lawful transactions.
9 Cancellation shipping returns and refunds
The Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy and Return, Exchange and Refund Policy form part of these Terms and Conditions. Product-specific terms disclosed before purchase also apply. If a conflict exists, a statutory consumer right prevails, followed by the specific product term and then the general policy, to the extent legally permitted.
10 Reviews photographs and customer content
A customer submitting a review, photograph, question or other content confirms that the customer has the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or malicious. The customer grants House of Prianjali a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display the submission for operating the website and presenting the review in the context submitted. Separate permission will be sought before using an identifiable customer photograph in advertising beyond that context.
We may moderate or remove content for a legitimate reason, including privacy, fraud, illegality, irrelevance or violation of these terms, but are not required to publish every submission.
11 Intellectual property
The website, brand names, logo, product photographs, text, graphics, designs and other original material are owned by or licensed to House of Prianjali. They may not be copied, republished, scraped, commercially exploited or used to suggest affiliation without permission, except where law permits.
12 Prohibited conduct
A person must not:
• use the website for fraud, unlawful activity or unauthorised resale schemes;
• interfere with security, checkout, availability or another person’s use;
• introduce malware, automate abusive requests or attempt unauthorised access;
• submit false identity, payment, address, return or complaint information;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; or
• misuse promotions, accounts, COD or return processes.
13 Third party services and links
The website may rely on or link to payment, courier, analytics, social-media, communication and technology services operated by third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms. House of Prianjali remains responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be delegated but does not control unrelated third-party websites.
14 Privacy
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting data, a person confirms that the person has reviewed that policy and has authority to provide the data, including another recipient’s delivery details where applicable.
15 Availability and security
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or change functionality for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Customers should keep independent records of orders and communications.
16 Warranties and liability
Products are supplied with the warranties, guarantees and consumer remedies expressly stated on the product page or required by law. To the maximum extent legally permitted, House of Prianjali is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, defective or unsafe goods, breach of a non-excludable statutory obligation, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
17 Customer responsibility and indemnity
A customer is responsible for loss directly caused by the customer’s unlawful use, fraud, intentional misconduct or infringement of another person’s rights. Any indemnity will apply only to the extent permitted by law and will not require a consumer to compensate House of Prianjali for our own breach, negligence or unlawful act.
18 Events outside reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by an event outside that party’s reasonable control, provided the affected party takes reasonable steps to reduce the impact. Payment obligations already due and statutory refund or consumer rights remain unaffected to the extent required by law.
19 Suspension and termination
We may suspend access, cancel an unfulfilled order or close an account where reasonably necessary because of fraud, security risk, repeated policy abuse, unlawful activity or material breach. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and handle amounts already paid according to applicable law and these policies.
20 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms prospectively to reflect legal, technical or business changes. The updated version will state its effective date. Terms applicable when an accepted order was placed will ordinarily govern that order unless a change is required by law or is more favourable to the customer.
21 General provisions
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent possible. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. A customer may not transfer an order or contractual right without our consent where the transfer would materially affect fulfilment, but nothing restricts a lawful consumer right.
22 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law and the jurisdiction of consumer commissions or other mandatory forums, courts at New Delhi, Delhi will have jurisdiction. Before commencing proceedings, the parties are encouraged to use the grievance process, but doing so does not prevent urgent or statutory relief.
