Returns & Exchanges

Request a return or exchange for eligible items within 3 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact. A careful try-on for fit is welcome. Your first size exchange per order is free. Further voluntary exchange and approved returns carry a Rs. 99 return shipping charge. The original delivery charge is non-refundable once delivery has been completed.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Contact returns@houseofprianjali.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Accepted claims have no return or replacement charge, and an unboxing video is not mandatory.

Refund Timeline
